The payment details provided on the website are used to secure the reservation. The actual payment is made upon arrival at the hotel.
At the end of the booking process, the following message will appear:
“Your reservation has been confirmed. Have a pleasant vacation.”
A confirmation message will also be sent to the email address entered during the booking process.
The email may have been mistakenly delivered to your junk mail or spam folder.

Meals
The meals included depend on the accommodation plan selected when booking the room:

Lunch: 1:00 p.m.–2:30 p.m., by prior arrangement
Dinner: 6:30 p.m.–8:30 p.m.
Dinner reservations may be arranged for groups of more than six guests.

Arrival & Departure
From Sunday through Friday, rooms are available from 3:00 p.m.
From Sunday through Friday, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
Check-in begins approximately 30 minutes after the end of Shabbat or the holiday, in accordance with hotel policy.
Rooms must be vacated by 2:00 p.m.
Guests requesting a late check-out on Saturday or a holiday will be charged an additional fee. This must be arranged with the Reservations Department or the Reception Desk.
