Cancellation Policy for Hagoshrim Hotel in Nature<\/strong><\/p>

Regular Season:<\/strong>
Cancellation of accommodation bookings and other services ordered by the customer will be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981<\/strong>, including its associated regulations, provided that the customer has made the booking via the website’s reservation system and has received confirmation of the transaction terms.<\/p>

Cancellation Procedure:<\/strong>
Cancellation of a reservation will be governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations. Customers may cancel their reservation by contacting the hotel through one of the following methods:<\/p>

  1. In-person<\/strong>: By notifying the reception desk at the hotel.<\/li>
  2. By phone<\/strong>: Call +972-4-6816000.<\/li>
  3. By registered mail<\/strong>: Addressed to Hagoshrim Hotel in Nature, Kibbutz Hagoshrim, Upper Galilee, Postal Code 12225.<\/li>
  4. By email<\/strong>: Send an email to reservation@hagoshrim-hotel.co.il.<\/a><\/li>
  5. By fax<\/strong>: Fax to +972-4-6816002.<\/li>
  6. Online<\/strong>: Through the hotel’s website at https:\/\/www.hagoshrim-hotel.co.il<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>

    The cancellation notice must include the customer’s name, ID number, and additional identifying details.<\/p>

    Cancellation Terms:<\/strong><\/p>

    1. From confirmation of booking up to 7 business days before the date of stay<\/strong>: A cancellation fee of 5% of the total booking value or 100 ILS per room, whichever is lower, will apply.<\/li>
    2. From 7 business days to 48 hours before the date of stay<\/strong>: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value will apply.<\/li>
    3. Within 48 hours before the date of stay<\/strong>: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value will apply.<\/li><\/ol>

      The hotel reserves the right to charge the cancellation fees using the credit card provided when booking or by any other method that is deemed appropriate.<\/p>

      Peak Season (July, August, and Israeli Holidays):<\/strong><\/p>

      1. Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival<\/strong>: Cancellation is subject to a fee of 150 ILS per room.<\/li>
      2. Cancellation 21\u201314 days before arrival<\/strong>: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value will apply.<\/li>
      3. Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival (including the arrival date)<\/strong>: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value will apply.<\/li><\/ol>
